Whether you are moving in or out there are a few important requirements:
1. You must complete and submit a moving form (see left).
2. You must submit two (2) checks to the Association Office
-- $250 which is the moving fee
-- $250 which is a refundable damage/time deposit
3. You must submit a copy of the mover's insurance naming both you and Bristol Court as additional insureds. If you are moving yourself a copy of the rental or homeowners insurance must be submitted naming Bristol Court as an additional insured.
